For some of us, pregnancy is enjoyable and easy, but for some it comes with very difficult physical and mental challenges that can impact on daily life and even become life threatening, such as the excessive nausea and vomiting known as hyperemesis gravidarum (HG).
I made this colouring affirmation for women who are worrying that these problems mean they're not a good mother, or their baby isn't being nurtured effectively - to help reassure them that it's ok not to love every moment of being pregnant, and that they are understood and supported.

The limited use commercial license that comes with this download means that birth workers, doulas, hypnobirthing teachers, prenatal yoga teachers, antenatal educators and midwives can print to share and use with pregnant women, birth partners and clients.
