Postage to Northern Ireland

I'm sad to say that from 13th December 2024, I won’t be able to send orders to Northern Ireland anymore because of new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) rules. I can still take orders for digital downloads to NI. I hope very much that I can can find a way around this in the future, and be able to justify the cost of appointing lawyers and accountants to sort this stuff out for me!

Pre-Christmas Delivery

*I can't get to the post office for a few days - so new orders will be sent on Thursday 19th.*

1. Economy - FREE - Orders placed by Saturday 14th should arrive in time.
2. Standard - FREE over £20, £1.50 under £20 - Place order by Thursday 19th to arrive in time with Tracked 48.
3. Express - £3.50 - Orders placed by Friday 20th should arrive in time with Tracked 24.
4. Special - £8.50 - Orders placed by Sunday December 22nd should arrive in time.

ECONOMY DELIVERY - 2nd Class

• All orders receive free economy delivery.
• Economy delivery is within approx. 2-3 working days from despatch with Royal Mail Second Class on orders under £20
• I do my best to post orders the next business day (including Saturdays).
• Please be aware that the delivery time is estimated, and if you need something by a certain date please choose a faster service.
• I ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.

STANDARD DELIVERY - Tracked 48

• All orders over £20 receive free tracked delivery.
• Orders under £20 can upgrade to tracked delivery for £1.50
• Standard delivery is within approx. 2-3 working days from despatch with Royal Mail Tracked 48
• I do my best to post orders the next business day (including Saturdays).
• Please be aware that the delivery time is estimated, and if you need something by a certain date please choose a guaranteed service.
• I ask for your understanding in waiting until a parcel is 10 working days late before replacing, as this is when Royal Mail will consider the item lost and allow me to put in a claim.

EXPRESS DELIVERY - Tracked 24

• Express delivery is 1-2 working days from despatch with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and costs £3.50
• Please let me know in the checkout comments if the order is a gift and if you'd like to include a gift message.

SPECIAL DELIVERY - Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm

• Special delivery is guaranteed next working day before 1pm and costs £8.50
• If a special delivery order is received before midday I will do my best to send the same day (but depends if I'm out with my girls so check with me first!)

RETURNS

• Returns for physical items must be notified by email womb.to.world@outlook.com and returned within 30 working days.
• Return postage cost is payable by the buyer unless the item is damaged.
• Personalised items are not eligible for a refund unless damaged.

Digital downloads

• When ordering a digital download you will automatically be sent an email with a link to download the file to your device.
• Each link is limited to 3 uses as a measure to deter file sharing, but the link can be refreshed if you need to download again.
• Once downloaded you may then print to share with clients or for personal use as per the licence details on the product listing and the licence agreement confirmation with your download files.
• When you place an order you do so on the basis that returns or exchanges are not possible on digital downloads.

International orders

I am only able to process orders from UK shoppers on this website, so if you are outside of the UK please visit my Etsy shop instead at www.wombtoworldart.etsy.com (excluding the EU)

If you are in the UK please choose my website to shop as I pay less fees - and therefore can often make the prices a bit cheaper for you.

I pack all my orders with love, and include extra bits such as small colouring pages, stickers, and affirmations.
